With this product, it is very easy to measure the level of pH: just pump the water into a tube. Most water plants and tropical fish prefer soft and slightly acidic water. Please check the pH level before releasing the fish into the aquarium and during regular water changes.

TH (Total Hardness of water) is the sum of some multivalent cations, such as calcium ions, in water.  When the TH level is high, the color of new leaves starts fading and the growth of the plants is disturbed.
